I've had a number of non-stick over the years, but they never seem to be that great of a non-stick. While these are still new, I can tell you that I've cooked eggs and they have slid right out of the pan without the mess to clean. I was pleasantly surprised. This set of pots and pans is great. It says that they are dishwasher safe but hand-washing is recommended. Each piece has a good weight to it. The nonstick surface appears awesome. I like that it comes with two non-stick cookie sheets as well

I love this set so much! I've used several pans several times now and between washing and cooking everything is quick and easy! I also love that the coating on these prevents chemicals from leaching into food!
