I cooked Spanish paella rice on the ceramic stovetop and finished baking in the oven.Pleasantly surprised - no rice sticking to the bottom! Medium heat is the best way to control cooking.

I am amazed nothing sticks to this pan. The heat is distributed evenly and it is scratch resistant. The best part is the short handles, and it can be put into the stove. Wash up is a breeze, either by hand or dishwasher. The weight of the pan is not heavy and very nice looking.

This is a great pan. Love that it is non-stick. Also have the fry pan and hope to replace the remainder of my pots and pans with this brand. Cleans up so easily.
