Love this. It scared me at first because it was flat when I opened it, but that was from vacuum seal. It puffed right up in a couple of days. Luckily they included that explanation in a package insert.

Love the firmness of this pillow. Wasn't impressed with the pillow cover cause it's itchy to me. I took it off to replace with a soft pillowcase which isn't a major factor. Over all I'm pleased with this product.
