I love that it's stoneware and dishwasher safe! It's a nice glossy grey color. The dish has a nice weight to it. It's nice a lightweight stoneware that feels like it will crack at every turn nor is heavy to hold.

this butter tray is made of ceramic, very heavy duty. however, i can only put 1/2 stick in it. i tried putting 2 halves and the lid can barely fit. we replaced our aging plastic butter tray with this one, so it's a huge upgrade. highly recommended if you don't mind the 1/2 stick butter

Large, sturdy butter dish. This will easily hold 2 sticks of butter. Easy cleaning since I can throw it in the dishwasher.
