I enjoy Jenny Rosenstrach's writing and this cookbook is no exception. I checked it out of the library first, then liked it so much I purchased it. She has inspired me to start my own 30-day challenge. I'm still in the planning stages, but I think our family dinners can only benefit from this idea.
