This blanket really helps with my anxiety and insomnia. I have also noticed a big difference in my sleep quality.

I really like mine. It is hard to stay awake when you cover up with it. Gives me at least an extra hour of deep sleep nightly. I use mine on a Futon. Very warm and comfortable. Probably the best $30. bucks that I've spent on myself in a long time.
