Ms. Wilks writes beautifully, intricately detailed stories. That is what makes her tales wonderful and sometimes a bit over-informing. Excellent third entry into a very good series about a law enforcement team that specializes in the paranormal. Not nearly as fluffy as the packaging suggests. First two books are Tempting Danger and Mortal Danger.
