I am 5’3” and I typically wear a size XL 16 tops with a 40F chest. I an wearing a size 1X in these traditional fleece sweatshirts. I love the roominess and fit of these swetashirts. So I definitely love huge cozy sweatshirts and thick booty socks in the winter so sometime throughout the year I do order 0L sweatshirts for the house and to run out in with leggings under.
