The squigy they sent was to crushed to extend the poles out. The head broke off while trying to free the poles. Does what it is supposed to do and contains all the snow melt.

Relatively easy to install, some issues with the Velcro corner adhesive stickers that came with the garage cover. Other than that it was pretty and appears to be effective. However, winter will be the real test.
