I had one for 4 years and used it often then it quit working. I would mop with a swiffer and then use this. The amount of dirt that was picked up the steam mop was gross. So I now only use this.

If you have any type of flooring that isn't carpet you need this. Love it in my bathroom and main living area the most, makes me feel better about my toddler playing all over the floor.

The steam mop was used for the first time on travertine floors that were pretty dirty. It heated and was ready for use almost instantly. It left the floors spotless clean and very shiny. I was very impressed how lightweight and easy it was to use. Excellent product.
