The best part was the cleanup!! I made the same meal last week in a different pan so I could compare., Using Imusa pan the bottom and sides didn't get dark at all. Everything cooked evenly and didn't have to soak it to clean it. Will be using this pan here on out.

Great size large cast aluminum roasting pan. I was able to cook 2 5 lbs chicken hens for dinner. Deep enough to hold all my vegetables and hens together. The handles are wide enough to grab with oven mitts. Nice even cooking and it was very easy to clean. Nice surprise!
