Used the smaller pan today and quite pleased with the results. Got a nice browning on my Brussels Sprouts. The pan was SUPER easy to clean and is already developing a darker patina.

High quality product. Evenly cooks food. Any previous negative review must not have known how to cook. Cookware keeps it shiny copper finish if you follow the instructions and take care of them. Love the set! Have scrambled eggs, prepared stir fry and the pans still clean up nicely.

These pots and pans are well made. They are stainless steel copper and are not like the copper non-stick pans that are sold everywhere. They are meant to be used on a medium to low heat only.
