If you step into it & pull it up then reverse to remove it is very easy. Is comfortable but probably too hot for summertime. It is a mediocre firmness and it tames my elderly blubber belly. It doesn't ride up either. I like it.

I was surprised about how comfortable this is. It is lightweight, it does not roll, and lays flat under clothing. It covers the areas I need it to. I much prefer this style over a panty style shaper.
