This top in size XS is a pretty snug fit. I'm 5'4” and measure at 32-27-37. The ruched style makes it a tighter fit. For smaller bust it does drown a bit in the chest area so personally for me it didn't look very flattering. Otherwise I'd recommend it in general for people with a bust to fill it....
