Had it a month now but only started using it recently. Great non-stick and it doesn't warp (i.e. the liquids stay in the middle and don't puddle around the sides). The bottom is also easy to clean.

I bought this because I was looking for a chemical/teflon free non-stick pan, but even using oil while frying I find there's almost zero non-stick performance. Eggs, veggies, meat all leave a ton of residue stuck to the pan (plus it was stained after one use!) I'm better off using my old cast iro...
