My son dropped it on a carpeted floor and it broke. Even before that we had issues with it freezing, not turning on, and not wanting to charge. Sometimes we would have it plugged all day and the battery would still be the same or it would not turn on unless plugged in. I am so glad it was covered...

I would not recommend these tablets, they are full of kinks and will not play most of the time. I will be returning them.

This product met my expectations. It works well for the purpose it was purchased which was to allow my teenager to work on some online classes for the summer. It is portable and very convienent for use wherever we are. The value of its services versus it's cost was fantastic.
