With allergies comes the dizziness and nausea. I started taking the Equate Motion Sickness pill every day that I had symptoms. It really does help with the dizziness and nausea. Yes, it does cause drowsiness but I would rather be drowsy than dizzy and nauseated. Works every bit as good as Dramamine.
