I used this product to address my leather seats and interior of my vehicle; I received the first brush and when I used it the hairs in the brush kept falling out, I contacted Chemical Guys and they promptly replaced the brush and the newly received brush now works as expected

This is a nice soft horse hair brush for cleaning your leather surfaces. The shape reminds me of good shoe shine brush. The long bristles let you get into the nooks & crannies.

works well, soft not worrying damaging the leather. Only small issue but I noticed when I use it, few hairs come out of it.

I really like the brush. I would change the handle a little. It felt awkward and the plastic liked to slide around.
