Excellent. I should have bought them a long time ago. Bakes evenly, easy to clean. I do protect the sheet by wrapping in aluminum foil when I use acids (like vinegar) that will affect the color (but not performance). I hand wash - I do not want the dishwasher turn the color.

These quarter size sheet pans are perfect size for my Breville AirFryer oven. They will stain with use, but I won't need to worry about nonstick coatings burning when using high heat and off gassing chemicals.
