T-mobile Jet 2.0 4g Laptop Stick

It took me about 3 hours on the phone with T-Mobile to activate this device and get a data pass. Then I only got 0 to 1 bars in a large metropolitan area with supposedly good coverage, so the device on which I spent $50 is unusable. Nothing but frustration and a complete waste of money.

This came with a SIM card that was a year out of date. T-Mobile could not register the out of date SIM. I had to return it and order a replacement through T-Mobile.

could not register or get the stick to work. called tmobile, said this id number was already activated. i looked on the sim card and it said use by oct 2013 and this was june 2014

Setting up account was very difficult, not as described. Took 2.5 hrs including talking to 6 different people at T-Mobile. This product had been in stock so long that he SIM card had expired and was basically useless unless I purchased a new SIM card for another $40.00, so I returned the product to my local store. Very unhappy and such a waste of my time!
