I purchased the 1875 8 years ago for my English Setter. 7 years ago I added a collar for my second Setter. I hunt upland weekly in the fall. I purchased 2 extra collars for the beeper. For finer dogs I suggest placing beeper around mid section. Works well.

I decided to try this after continued frustration with my Garmin unit. The Sport Dog is simply easier to use. The loud locating beep I can send is way more effective for finding my dog than the radio signal on-screen tracking with the Garmin. Controls are more straightforward too. Happy hunter!
