This is really pretty and gives off good heat but I didn't realize that I can't adjust the heat setting and there isn't a remote to turn it on and off. For the amount of money it should have those options. My fault for not reading though

i liked it until the fire place quit working a week after the 90 day warrenty passed. Im looking for a way to contact the manufacturer to see about getting a new fire place insert and i cant seem to find any way to find support.
