This is such a genius idea. I'm surprised nobody thought of it sooner! This whisk does what a whisk is supposed to do - it whisks! The genius is the spatula tool attached to one of the whisk wires. It's sturdy enough get all of the mixture out of the bowl. It's one less utensil to wash. I love it!
