The arms on the chair are held on by bolts that are too short. I bought 2 chairs and had the same problem with both chairs. One bolt on each chair had a problem of completely seating. Chair quality is excellent. Had a very rough time to assemble it specially arm rest. Still unable to fix it properly after 3 hours spending. The instruction could been better. Overall I liked this chair.
