I was wrong turned out, ichthammol has another name for same item. shame was on me. it's what I ordered just a different looking container.

I ordered this and was sent a different product with a different label from the one shown. As it turns out the ingredient ichthammol 20% reads the chemical name - (which I didn't know) Ammonium bituminosulfonate 20% And the label has Amber Petrolatum and Anhydrous Lanolin. I wish they would show...
