I used to love this diffuser, even when i had my house renovation all the workmen were amazed by how it smells. I bought another and another item but for some reason there is no smell at all. The the colour changes to brown. I'm so disappointed.

The oil in the diffuser has started to turn an off putting brown shade after about 2 weeks. It also doesn't smell anymore despite rotating the reeds. This was absolutely not worth the money and very disappointing.

I purchased this luxury Pomegranate Noir diffuser on 13 December 2023. Today January 21st 2024 I can barely smell it. Unacceptable. I will be contacting Jo Malone customer services. I will not purchase this again.
