Thus far I like this griddle as much as all our other Anolon cookware. It cooks evenly and stays well heated. The only improvement I'd suggest would be to make it a few inches wider.

I'm sorry to say that I cant use my double burner grriddle. I have a class top stove with none of the burners are the same size. I really would love to trade it in for another product from Anolon. Please contact me if this is possible, I would even pay for the return item. Sincerely Patricia Davis
