the chair sits nice but there is 2 small issues we have noticed. 1 the wheels are low quality. we use the chair on hardwood floors and they still don't roll well. 2 the reclining lock is not strong enough. when it is all the way on it still moves fairly easily. other than that it is a good chair....

Seat cushion isn't too nice, neck cushion moves too easily as it isn't tight to the chair and on the straps buckle came broken so I have to be careful strapping it to the chair. I will use it for now but if I could go back I probably wouldn't have bought this chair.
