I love this book. The plot is simply enough to engage a young child, but the writing is clever enough to keep an adult laughing out loud. Subtle humor from a smarter period.

An entertaining children's story about a detective pig in a farm yard with his fellow animal sidekicks. Read out loud to my 10 yr. old son who received the book from his grandparents. I especially liked the parts when people were involved with the animals as well.
