I'm a first time dehydrater. This is the best , so easy to use, just prepare the food, set temperature and time and forget it. I leave mine run over night. Have done shredded and sliced potatoes,cabbage,tomatoes,peppers, onions, blueberries etc . Wish I'd have bought one sooner!
