Freezer arrive on time and was as I expected. Box was easily moved. Packing was extremely easy to remove. I had it out of the box and in place and ready to turn on after the recommend wait time from possible tilting. A great purchase. Looks to be perfect size for my needs. SQ

I love my new freezer. It is not self defrost but so easy to defrost. Only takes one towel on bottom of freezer and a couple of hours to defrost. Put your frozen foods in a cooler and they are still frozen when freezer is defrosted. I don't know how I did without it. It looks great in my kitchen ...

Works great so far. Only problem is haven't received warranty or receipt or any kind of paperwork. Don't know what I'll do if there's any problems.
