I bought this as a gift for my son. He loves it! He like to play his game for hours at a time now he can do so comfortably. I tried it out as well. I almost fell asleep in it, it's so comfortable. Picture below is my son in his favorite chair. He didn't want to be in the picture.

since purchasing we have not been able to get it to work. the wifi/bluetooth option does not show on any phone in this house to be able to connect and use it. it also does not work for his switch. is there something I can do to fix it or do I need to exchange it.

bought this for myself and way too small. really should advertise this for children. the top of the back was in the middle of my back. other than that loved the folding for storage but had to return cause was way too small for an adult and im only 5'3
