      I am on the large size as many new moms are. This barely fit comfortably around my stomach (40in waste) and when my child sat on it it would dig into my side.       I bought this and the velcro fabric portion was not large enough to go around me but the strap with the snap/ clip part was large enough. I rigged it by sewing on some fabric and adding velcro. Works like a charm. A little redneck but it works!!!
