I bought this luggage for my daughter for Christmas and the first time she used it to go away in February it fell apart! The bottom split open and a wheel fell off! I can't seem to get a refund or replacement as I bought in October! So much for shopping early! I will never buy from this company...

The luggage is pretty. I got a ton of compliments on it, but I only used the large suitcase twice before the wheels broke off.
