Good quality, and it is stackable. I did not get this impression when purchasing. Rack does not have pads on legs, so best placed on carpet. Although, non-slip pads can be purchased at hardware stores.

My husband opened it and found a piece broken inside. He tried to glue it together, as it was originally glued together, and it did not take. He tried to drill into it with a small screw to secure it to the main piece. It split, naturally. We did not even bother to return it as the Walmart closes...
