I really like the height of the rack. My poultry recipes no longer swim in the fat rendered by cooking. A great improvement over cooking without a rack. Well worth the price.

I was gifted this item in exchange for an honest review. I was so excited to receive this item and works great. I was able to roast meat/chicken without it being in grease or sticking to the bottom of the pan. The roasting rack is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.
