it was easy to order and fast shippment, but delivery was bad, i didn't get a call for when it was coming, i got home from work and it was just sitting in the driveway. other then that, everything was great.

They left out the instructions from the box. but I called the service dept. and they e-mailed them to me in about 5 minutes. tTook about 3 hours to put together. Very sturdy and looks really nice. I would buy it again.

The drawers are well made with a good quality finish. They take some time to put together but as long as you take your time and stay organized it isn't too difficult. I also purchased the desk an hutch and the three pieces together look great.
