Very easy to use, provides consistent heating and minimizes odors (doesn't always boil), the base can be stored in the pot and reduce space required when not in use. Easy to clean.

We made both a cheese fondue and a chocolate fondue over the holidays and both stayed a perfect consistency for several hours over low heat. I also like that I was able to make the recipe in the same pot that the fondue was served in.

This was our first year using an electric fondue pot - GAME CHANGER. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve, no troubles, the oil heated up quickly, the food cooked evenly, clean up was a breeze. Great product. We really appreciated the magnetic plug in, excellent safety feature.
