from my experience, you need to order 1 size smaller than your normal shoe. I ordered my size 9, and they were huge on me, so I returned them. They didn't have 8's, so I ordered a different Dingo boot in 8, and I love them.

The size 9 1/2 feels a little generous so there's room for thick socks. The boots broke in pretty quickly and got several compliments. Not as deep royal blue as expected but with some turquoise. Still looks good, great price and fast delivery!
