Crystals fell off on the first day!!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The chain broke the next day. I purchased her a new chain. She has since lost two crystals out of the cross. She is very sad. I would not buy another nor would I recommend this for purchase.

when i bought this cross, i went by what the picture had to offer as far as style ,stone color and size. but when it came in the mail, i was surprised to find that nothing about this item looked anything like the picture! total loss. the cross was so small that even with my glasses on. i can bar...
