I also suffer from insomnia so catching good zzz in general is difficult but this mattress has definitely helped; I am not restless...

Mattress is so comfortable, I sleep like a newborn baby. It's so thick until you don't need a box spring. Best mattress I ever brought. I now have no back problems. I absolutely love it.
