Exactly as described. Look durable and the light up part kids LOVE!! Wouldn’t recommend for wide feet but great for average or narrow. I would get these shoes again.

These are some cool blue/green/black and white light up shoes. When steps are taking the shoes light up a green color for a few seconds on the outer heel. Velcro for easy on and off is a plus too.
