Great design, fabric, feel, looks classy. Learning curve on assembly and seat is a tad narrow. If you weigh 185 or more you won't be able to sit back.

Reasonably priced. Walmart had the dillon counter stool priced $50. Lower than the other online shopping sites. The counter stool looks like it is much more expensive.
