It was poorly packaged and the case that I thought looked so nice, was cheaply made and arrived damaged because of poor packaging. I will say the silverware is a heavy quality and pretty, otherwise I would return the whole thing. So I give it 3 stars.

The flatware is lovely however the gift box was damaged in the poorly packaged bubble wrap envelope. When opening the top latch area broke/separated from the box and now flaps along with the arm hinge broke.
