It is easy to have too much water in the basin and it overflows when heated. A water mark inside would help to elevate this issue.

Works well for hot fudge and caramel in our camp store! Realized the temp settings are in Celsius so after that we didn’t burn the fudge or caramel anymore ????♀️ Pump came disconnected once and we lost a piece but found a replacement and it’s back to working again.
