So far, this pan is fantastic, food is cooked evenly and washes off easily. Have used it nearly a dozen times. I do not have a dishwasher, so I can't say if that would change the quality, but I can't imagine it would. Love the gorgeous gray color, it's cooler toned than pictured. Nice and deep.
