My new favorite pan. Have had issues in the past with non-sticks getting a good sear on the protein I am cooking up, not the case with this one. It's nice not to have to dig out the cast iron or worry about the surface easily scratching if I grab the "wrong" utensil to flip or stir.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves them! Not only were they delivered early, he used the smaller one the first night and said it cooked his food evenly...with NO sticking. Definitely going to recommend them to my friends.

I LOVE the Titan pans! My eggs come out perfect. The food does not stick whatsoever- no matter what I cook! I use these pans every night that I cook for my family. I will be referring these to family and friends!
