I have owned the same littman cardiology dual head stethoscope for 30 years, and only had to replace the tubing. I now have a second job and wanted a second stethoscope for the job place. I am very happy with the stethescope, engraving, and black edition.

Lost my other stethoscope so I went and got this, what a huge difference, much lighter than the cardio iii/my neck isn't so bothersome and could hear everything even through several layers of clothing you could pick up a pulse and its precise. Highly recommended to fellow nurses!

Good quality sound typical of any Littman stethoscope. Looks great, especially with personalization of initials on bell head and name on headpiece. No need for name tag. Not as heavy as old models of cardiology stethoscopes in past. Would recommend definitely.
