the box the totes were in was barely holding the totes, it was completely mishandled and delivered to the apt. driver did not read the complete address or the sign on the house stating where apt B is. the totes are awesome, regardless of the delivery.

No break tub arrived broken. The handle was broken before it was even shipped because the parts weren't in the box.
