great product & price. easy to install although i'm having a bit of a problem setting up the wireless option. otherwise it's a great product i'll always choose refurb over new.

I like the fact that the colors have separate cartridges and will continue with this technology as long as it is available. My last printer (similar HP) held up for almost 3 years, and I was glad that this refurbished unit was available to use my "left over" cartridges.

a friend suggested I get a HP. I wanted a all in one printer, being on a budget I shopped and saw this 3520 refurbished at a fair price. printer works perfect. I am completely satisfied with the purchase.
